Services & Pricing

LPA Planner offers clear fixed-fee service options for planning advice. Each case is individual, and you do not need to know your situation in detail to understand what service you may require. Here is what you can expect from each of our services:

Works only begin if you agree to the scope and fee. This also means LPA Planner can review one aspect of a wider or more complex case or situation.

Please note: LPA Planner (Sam) only starts work once payments are cleared, and relevant documents are submitted and received by LPA Planner.

Step 1: Enquire

Review the service tiers below, then submit your enquiry using the form. If you are unsure which tier fits, please submit an Initial Review. You can then describe your situation and LPA Planner (Sam) will propose a scope of work and fee.

Initial Review

£50 · Written Advice (Letter)

For isolated issues, early questions, or sense-checking a specific point (letters, drawings, options).

Letter with advice provided within 2 working days (or as agreed) once work begins.

Detailed Assessment

£100 · Written Advice (Report)

For multi-document situations, live cases, or where understanding impact, risk, and strategy matters.

Full report provided within 5 working days (or as agreed) once work begins.

Strategic Casework

£500+ · Document Suite / Submissions

For complex or high-stakes matters requiring structured judgement, policy and case-law application, or formal submissions.

Documents provided as agreed, and within statutory deadlines.

Step 2: Review

LPA Planner (Sam) will check your enquiry and reply within 2 working days. If the work is accepted, you will be issued a unique LPA Planner reference, an invoice, and a request for any supporting documents.

The response will set out the timeframe for providing payment and documents so that work can begin without delay.

Payments can be made by direct bank transfer, or by Apple Pay or card via PayPal. Details on how to pay are provided in the invoice and email. Please see the Terms for more information.

Step 3: Outcome

Work begins once documents have been received and payments have cleared (payments made by Apple Pay / card via PayPal may have additional clearance times).

You will then receive your documented outcome within the advertised times, as agreed in the invoice and scope of works. Any response can be explained if needed.
