LPA Planner provides clear, concise planning advice across a wide range of town planning matters, with specialist expertise in planning enforcement. Every case is different, so an initial assessment of your situation is essential to understand how LPA Planner can assist. We aim to:
Please note: this initial assessment is not substantive planning advice. Any formal advice, written response, or casework only begins once the scope of works has been agreed, documents have been received, and payment has cleared.
Submit your enquiry using the intake form below. Please give as much detail as possible about what has happened, any key dates, any letters, notices, applications, or appeals involved, and the outcome or advice you are seeking.
LPA Planner (Sam) will assess your enquiry and aims to reply within 2 working days.
This response will either confirm that advice cannot be given (as per our Terms), or set out a proposed scope of works, fee, and request for any supporting documents needed before work begins.
The assessment stage is intended to identify the relevant planning issue, the level of work required, and the most appropriate next step. It is not a full review of all documents or substantive advice on the planning merits.
If you choose to proceed, LPA Planner will issue a written scope of works and invoice. This will confirm what work is being instructed, what documents are required, and the timescale for delivery.
Payments can be made by direct bank transfer, or by Apple Pay or card via PayPal. Details on how to pay are provided in the invoice and email. Please see the Terms for more information.
Work begins once the requested documents have been received and payment has cleared (payments made by Apple Pay / card via PayPal may have additional clearance times). You will then receive the agreed written outcome within the timescales set out in the scope of works.
Depending on the nature of the matter, instructed work may include a written advice letter, a comprehensive report, representations on an application, planning appeal documents, or other written planning submissions. The exact deliverable, fee, and timescale will always be confirmed in writing before work begins.
